BLEND Tries: Cisco's New Dinner Menu
The East-side favorite Tex-Mex restaurant Cisco’s announced that they are staying open until 10 pm, which has been long awaited after 68 years of breakfast and lunch. Favorites like migas, the Cisco’s special, and biscuits will be available all-day, as well as new additions like their locally sourced fajitas served on sizzling hot iron skillets.

The BLEND Staff got to test out the menu at the Cisco's Friends & Family Dinner Launch on September 27, where they sampled the fajitas, quesadillas, and more. The event featured Conjunto Los Pinkys, a local conjunto band with Texas-flair that set the atmosphere for a night of margaritas, food, and fun.
With friendly service and authentic flavor, Cisco’s is one of our favorite spots for late-night snacks and breakfast tacos. The no-frills atmosphere makes it stand out as an East-side establishment that will be winning over Austinites for years to come. To try the new menu, head over to Cisco’s at 1511 E 6th St. For more information, visit https://www.ciscosaustin.com.
